Russell Dorazio

Russell Dorazio has been in the construction field for 15 years. His experience started when he was just 5 years old installing paper towel and toilet paper holders in a hotel for his father. From there his experience grew; working on several earth and dam projects to building electrical substations from the ground up. Russell has been awarded several large contracts in and out of the state of Texas; from national cemeteries to maintaining lots and right of ways land clearing and everything in between, his experience speaks for itself. Recently Russell has acquired his real estate license in order to help with the land acquisition all the way through the development.

Mallory Dorazio

Mallory Dorazio’s experience extends beyond the last 5 years in the Eagle Ford Shale Play. Starting out as a title agent she has been involved in ROW Acquisition. From Webb County to Frio County she has experience in several different natural gas and crude oil pipeline systems. Being a licensed Texas Easement or Right-of-Way agent has allowed her to negotiate and become familiar with Pipeline Easement Agreements. This enables Mallory to provide her knowledge in order to help meet the special provisions that are called out in the agreement.
